Republican women were the primary force behind the
women's suffrage movement and the passage of the 19th
Amendment to the U.S. Constitution; how Republican
women made history by being the first women to serve
in important roles; and, how Republican women today
continue to explore uncharted territory on behalf of
all women. Our mission is to promote
political awareness among Republican women in the
Franklin area. GCRWC will further the interest of the
Republican Party through the education of its members
and will increase the effectiveness of women in the
cause of good government through active political
participation.

The
Macon County Republican Party (GOP) has new Headquarters hours
at 18 W. Palmer Street in Franklin. With an "open
house" atmosphere, the doors will be open to all our
neighbors, regardless of party affiliation. April, being Voter
Education Month, is a great time to come by the headquarters and
get the voter information you need. Stop by and find out what
precinct you’re in, who’s running in the May primaries, and
what your "true" voter voice is. We’re all Americans
and we’d like to know you better! Headquarters will be open
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 noon to 3:00
